Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 2026

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies — local storage, session storage, pixels, and device identifiers — perform comparable functions. This policy covers all of them collectively as "cookies."

2. Categories We Use

  • Strictly necessary. Required for the site to function and to remember your cookie choice. These cannot be disabled through the banner. Example: llw-cookie-consent, which stores whether you accepted or declined analytics.
  • Functional / preference. Local storage used to remember items you save to your Favorites list. This data stays in your browser and is not transmitted to us.
  • Analytics. Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-EV91YE4CJC) helps us understand aggregate traffic, popular pages, and general geography. These load only after you press "Accept."

We do not run advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, social tracking widgets, or cross-site behavioral profiling on this site. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Consent Mode & Default-Denied Behavior

This site implements Google Consent Mode v2 with all storage categories — analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization — set to denied by default. Nothing is granted until you affirmatively choose "Accept" in the cookie banner. Choosing "Decline" keeps every category denied.

4. Managing or Withdrawing Consent

You may change your mind at any time. Use the button below to clear your stored choice and bring the consent banner back, or clear cookies and site data through your browser settings. Most browsers also allow you to block cookies entirely; doing so may affect saved favorites but will not prevent you from reading the site.

You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all sites with Google's browser opt-out add-on, and enable "Global Privacy Control" or "Do Not Track" in supported browsers.

5. Third-Party Cookies on Linked Sites

External sites we link to set their own cookies under their own policies. We have no control over those technologies and accept no responsibility for them. Review each third party's policy separately.

6. Retention

Your consent choice persists in local storage until you clear it. Google Analytics retains aggregated event data according to Google's configured retention window. We do not maintain our own database of visitor records.
